Frequently asked questions

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Contact our pharmacy team and we’ll be happy to help.

Prescriptions

Can I use my NHS prescription with you?

Yes. We are an NHS-approved dispensing pharmacy. If you have your Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) nomination, we can receive it directly. Contact us to set this up.

Do you offer online consultations and private prescriptions?

Yes. Our registered prescribers can issue private prescriptions for a range of conditions following an online consultation. Simply complete the relevant questionnaire and our clinical team will review your suitability — usually within a few hours on working days.

Can I get a repeat prescription through your site?

If your GP has nominated us as your EPS pharmacy, we can dispense your repeats automatically once they are authorised. Alternatively, order your repeats via your GP surgery or NHS App and request they are sent to us.

Orders & delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days. Next-day tracked delivery is available for orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). All orders are dispatched from our UK dispensary.

Is packaging discreet?

Yes. All orders are sent in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or that it has come from a pharmacy. Our return address on the package shows only our company name.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking page. You can also log in to your account to view your order status at any time.

Safety & regulation

How do I know your pharmacy is safe and legitimate?

We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) — the independent regulator for pharmacists and pharmacies in Great Britain.

Are your medicines genuine?

Absolutely. We source all medicines exclusively from licensed UK wholesalers and manufacturers. Every product we dispense meets the standards set by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). We never supply unlicensed, counterfeit, or grey-market medicines.

What should I do if I have a concern about a medicine I received?

Contact our pharmacy team immediately by phone or email. If you believe you have experienced an adverse reaction to a medicine, you can also report it directly to the MHRA via the Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk. In an emergency, call 999.

Returns & refunds

Can I return medicines?

For patient safety, we are unable to accept returns of dispensed prescription medicines once they have left our dispensary — this is a requirement of UK pharmacy law. If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve this promptly at no cost to you.

Can I return over-the-counter products?

Yes, unopened over-the-counter products in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide a returns authorisation number.
